Can't delete file.
I have a file on my desktop that won't go away. I've tried accessing the desktop through various paths through the GUI (not sure how to do it through DOS)--front door (the desktop itself), back door (C:/users/etc.), and even the side door (right clicking the start menu and clicking on Explore). I've also restarted my computer to no effect. When I try to delete the file, a progress window opens up telling me that the file is being recycled (despite my set up of skipping the recycle bin when I delete files). Please help!
Vista Home Premium, 32-bit, SP1
