I realize we are not suppose to post Hijackthis logs here but the computer I am working on ( remotely via email ) isn't infected with malware. I've analyzed many hijackthis logs in the past and present and have never seen so many file missing entries under Services before. While it is not uncommon to have a few this particular computer has 19 entries. I am perplexed as to why and what caused this. So far the only thing I do know is the computer has been getting the "Startup repair" option at boot or waking up from sleep mode. It will boot to Windows after the repair scan.

I would welcome any thoughts.
I was going to advise to use hijackthis to "fix" the file missing entries but I'm not sure this would be wise at this moment.

Upon further research I've found out that these "file missing" entries are a known bug in hijackthis. I will ignore these entries and move on.
