Earlier I tried to connect my laptop to my tv using an Svideo cable with gold filaments. It never worked, meaning no display ever showed up on my tv. Now, after the fact, I am trying to watch tv, but there is nothing but a blank screen. I have toggled between ever mode on my tv and everything is black since I attempted to hook it up to my laptop! It used to work all the time when I had Vista (I recently installed a copy of Windows 7).
What is wrong with my tv? My tv is an Insignia ns-f20tv. |

Re: Attempted to connect my Laptop to my TV VIA Svideo...
Hi -
See if there are updates for the drivers associated with the TV. ALso - go into device manager & un-install the drivers already installed. Then re-boot; Vista will re-install the drives. Check for the updates. jcgriff2 . |
