Internet Problems

I couldn't find the right place to make this topic so I thought I could try here.

Lately my computers internet has been really slow, pages will take awhile to load and online games will take awhile too.
Everything else besides the internet is fast, so I don't know what could be the problem, I bought my computer about a month ago, and I got wireless internet around the time I got my laptop.
When I first tried.

About 20mins later, when my internet's not as slow.

Re: Internet Problems

There are a few options, none of which are guaranteed to fix this issue. If the internet used to be a lot faster then i'd image it is the wireless router or firewall settings.

First option: Disable windows firewall and see if anything changes.

Second option: disable the firewall on the router.

If this doesn't help and in fact your internet used to be a lot faster then the router you have probably isn't amazing and getting a better router MAY sort this issue out, good makes are Draytek, 3Com and Linksys ones.

Mod edit: edit SPAM from post.
