Hi,
I'm running Windows XP Pro v. 5.1.2600 Service Pack 3 build 2600 on an Acewr Aspire 4810T, and I'm having some difficulty browsing the internet. Everything works fine as long as I'm connected to a VPN. If I'm not, I can connect to the internet to all appearances, but no web pages will load. I've tried this with an ethernet cable to my DSL modem and with a wireless connection to several different wireless networks: same story every time. Any ideas? What other info should I post? |

Re: Windows XP Internet Connection Issues
hello and welcome to TSF!
From Internet Options => Connections Tab => in your Dial-up and VPN settings , you may change the settings to Never dial a connection if you wish and see what happens.
