[SOLVED] windows XP mode
What specs do i need to have on my computer to run windows xp mode on a windows 7 ultimate machine. I was doing some reading about it and am hearing a lot about "virtual" stuff. I also heard that the cpu needs to have Virtualization Technology. Does anybody know for sure. None of the six computers that I have are VT capable.

Re: [SOLVED] windows XP mode
The PC MUST support Hardware Virtualization to use XP Mode. Some systems may need to have it enabled in the BIOS.
You can look up your CPU by model number on the Intel website to see if your CPU support Hardware Virtualization. You'll have to check with the manufacturer to see if the BIOS and rest of the system support it. All current AMD CPUs support Virtualization Quote:
None of my systems have hardware virtualization either.
