BOOTMGR is missing.
I need help with this problem im having. I can't boot the system because BOOTMGR is missing when I try to start up... I can't boot from my windows vista cd because of this problem. I also put the startup device as the cd. Oh yeah.. I deleted the main partition... and reinstalled vista but it failed... so I think that is what caused the problem.

Re: BOOTMGR is missing.
This wouldn't stop you from booting from your Vista CD. Go into your system BIOS and set your CD/DVD drive to the first boot device, then boot into the CD.

Re: BOOTMGR is missing.
After you do what InfalliblexOne said, click repair my computer, select your partition, hit startup repair and let is finish.
