rundll 32 error

i have been receving a a error message windows host process (rundll32) has stopped working. what is this and how do i fix it

When does the error occur? What is the entire text of the error message?
Please go to Start and type in "msinfo32" (without the quotes) and press Enter
Save the report as an .NFO file, zip it up and upload/attach the .zip file to your next post.

i have the same problem.i,ve done the search you said and the search doesn,t bring up anything.
