[SOLVED] My whole TaskBar keep flashing images

as title state my task bar keep flashing images of whatever programms i open. Eg. IE - it keeps flashing the headings of the IE onto the taskbar every 5 to 6 seconds. Same go to when i open warcraft application. can ayone help me? i am a computer idiot @_@

Is the flashing you describe the area in orange in your screen shot ?

Thank you for the dxdiag report.

The primary problem here is that your system is not updated with Vista SP1 or SP2. You need to update with SP1 as soon as possible.

When through with the prep work, check Windows Updates

doing window update of 103 there;'s seem to be an error with my update pass few times now it is updating

the whole taskbar is flashing. like when i open internet explorer, it will show the headings minimize,maximize and close on my taskbar. it just keep flashing( applicable to any items that is open)

For both -

Go to Device manager & uninstall the video device driver -
START | devmgmt.msc | Expand 'display adapter' tree branch | right-click on device & select "uninstall"

Your video driver will be re-installed upon re-boot by Vista.

Any better?
