Keyboard error since windows 7?

Hello,

Since installing windows 7 my keyboard has failed to work during the PC boot stage, this isn't a problem until I try install a different OS. I can access the bios fine and it works once it gets into the login area but it completely fails on any task inbetween.

Any ideas how I can correct this?

Thanks in advance.

If the kb is USB, try a PS/2. If it is a PS/2, try a USB as well as another PS/2.
