Reimage Vista 64bit Help Needed
Hi. I have a computer which is running Vista, has only one profile, and the password is lost. I am already aware of the fact that since the password has been forgotten there is no way to get into the profile, and have finally accepted that it needed to have the image restored using the disc sent from the factory. I thought this would be a fairly simple exercise, but after being frustrated all morning I am turning to the experts! ;)
Could someone please provide step by step directions to reimage using the factory disc provided? This is a Dell StudioXPS 13" system. Running Windows Vista Ultimate 64bit. Thanks, Andrew |
