advapi32.dll error
I am receiving an error message anytime I try to open up a browsing application such as Internet Explore that reads..."This application has failed to start because ADVAPI32.dll was not found. I tried downloading recommended free sites to scan and fix the error but it will not allow me to do that as well, because of that error. Can you help?? Thank you
