[SOLVED] Adobe Flash Player 9 Actionscript error?

I'm not sure where to start to get rid of this error. Last night I installed my Adobe Master Collection CS3 suite, and since I've gotten this error when I open certain websites (specifically myspace or facebook) on both browsers Firefox and IE. I took a screenshot of the exact error and attached it. Anyone know how to make it go away or fix it?

You should start by at least updating your flas player as it appears you are about two versions behind.

Hmm, ok trying that again now, I had went to the site and it said I had the most recent version.
