Browser Closing in Vista [from Mozilla]

Hello, I am using Windows Vista Home Premium SP1 and I started having issues with Spyware Doctor earlier. After a restart to my computer it would not load, I tried to download the setup and it never loaded. I tried running it as an administrator but it still didn't work.

I noticed a lot of errors such as programs closing after they do not respond so I purchased Uniblue and fixed registry errors. After that I restarted my computer again and tried to go to IExplorer to google search Spyware Doctor after a while it would close. I tried Google Chrome and it would close eventually too. Now I'm running McAfee to see if I have a virus on my computer while using my brother's computer to talk about my problem.
