[SOLVED] help needed to send and receive messages

Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail (wildebeest3004) account. To send and receive messages in your Hotmail account, go to http://hotmail.live.com on the Web, or try again later. To get help from Windows Live Customer Support, go to http://support.live.com and click Windows Live Mail in the list of services.

Server Error: 4102
Server Response: Object with Id 77ccf533-be9c-47a0-885c-30007a961dd3 appears in more than one command
Server: 'http://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE00001
Please could someone help me out with this problem its driving me mad , thanks.

Where did you receive this error were you using Windows Mail within Vista were you at the Hotmail website or what is the case?

Its in Windows Live Mail i can't get my E mails because of the above error codes .
