[SOLVED] Windows Vista text problem... italic/bold.

hi. ive recently uninstalled lots of junk on my pc and i had to restart my pc tons of times. i don't if i t was the restarting that did it but for some reason every word (almost every word) is either in... i don't know if this is the right word but everything is in italic(?) and bold mode/type. not only on the internett but also on my computer. might be hard to understand but any solutions?
