Hi all
i have a Packard Bell PC, using Vista. I logged off my PC, i think as normal but when i have come to log back in, i am getting a message which says 'the user profile service failed the logon' and User profile cannot be loaded' My husband and Sons profiles are loading as normal. I don't know what i have done or what to do to get my profile back. Can anyone help please Jillyflower
