WdisystemHost service Hang in event veiwer-file that describes problem is version.txt,minidump.mdmp-windowsNT version6.0 sevice pack2. nothing but problems for the last couple of days

Windows system assesment tool
WinSat is shut down half way thru assesment every time since march, Data Execution Prevention shuts it down. the Problem event name is Bex and the fault modual name is stackhash_03ff. Can this be fixed?
