Cry [SOLVED] Computer randomly reboots

Alright, so I'm really worried.
My computer has been randomly rebooting all day. I thought it was just because my power strip was messed up, but that's not it (I've ruled it out myself).

So here's basically what my system is like:

I've overclocked the CPU from 2.66GHz to 3.2GHz (friend's recommendation, says it's safe to 3.6). It's an Intel Core 2 Duo.

I used to have my GPU overclocked, but I decided to get rid of that, as I want a better cooler for it before I put it under that much stress.

I've checked all the connections to everything. EVERYTHING. Motherboard, ATX, PSU power in the back, even the Molex on my CD drive. I've checked EVERYTHING imaginable. Nothing was loose.

In case you think that I might be hitting the power button...
I have to hold it down for a couple seconds in order for it to power off, and my legs are WAY to long to be comfortable in front of my case.

I thought that I was hitting the power strip power button, but that only happened ONCE :)

It seems to be happening while playing games. The most recent crash was when I was playing Black and White 2.

I thought that the reboots might be because the CPU was overheating, but I checked the temps and stress tested with Pi95 and with Orthos, and it stayed constantly at 55C at full load. Very cool.

I can't think of anything that could be causing it, other than something that's wrong with the core of the OS (Windows 7 beta build 7000). My CD drive is a bit broken at the moment, so I can't install the RC like I wanted to in order to fix my earlier issue that I had with Steam and other things that i've installed and uninstalled.
(The error it gives me says that I'm missing drivers for my CD drive. I've checked device manager and it says it's working fine, and it reads other discs and my Linux live CDs just fine. It's read only).

If anyone can help, or if you need any more information, please post
