My Windows folder is huge

I just upgraded my OS from Vista home basic to Vista business. However my windows folder is larger than 33 gb. Can anyone help me reduce the size of this folder?

Thanks for the input. I had already deleted the windows.old folder after I installed the new vista. Its the actual "Windows" folder itself that is 33.4 gb or larger.

just checked mine is 13.4 GB
66,427 files
12,290 folders
if that helps at all.
