Hello again TSF.

My girlfriend's computer has been running pretty slow lately and we're unsure whether it's just Windows Vista or if it's something that she could fix to optimize the situation.

Apparently, it has never run 'this slow' before, but then again, she has downloaded more things than she has had before. Anyway, her computer specs are as followed:

I should also note that her hard drive has a capacity limit of 178 GB, and there's still 83.6 GB of free space (as compared to my computer that only has a capacity of 33.8 GB).

1.00 GB of ram is considered to be low for Vista, try upgrading to 4GB (will display 3gb for 32x). Done it myself and noticed a huge difference on my toshiba A100-784.
