Program Problems

Almost none of the programs on my computer will open up through the desktop or start menu. Neither firefox or IE work other than 64 bit IE. I've started up in safe mode and ran spyware and virus checks and nothing was found, I've also defragged and restored the system but nothing has worked, please help!

Probably some type of malware. Go here and start the process of cleaning out your system.
