Re: been getting bsod errors
i would if i could but my computer is now booting then about 5 seconds later getting the blue screen, so i dont know what to do. Im going to try changing power boards or connecting it directly to a socket in case it isnt getting enough power. As it worked at a technicians shop but it wont at home.

Re: been getting bsod errors
i try to run chkdsk /r and while the its going i get the dreaded bsod, its strange sometimes it last for hours before it breaks but after that it breaks every 5 minutes or even on startup.
EDIT: i ran some memory management thing and it told me i had a hardware problem, but when i go to boot to see what it is i get bsod. EDIT2: could faulty ram be causing this problem, or is this unlikely? Last edited by hazzal; 07-04-2009 at 07:15 PM. |

Re: been getting bsod errors
if you ran it on 1 stick at a time rma the ram
if you did not run it on one stick at a time that would explain all the errors
