Switching to windows 7

Hi I have am planning to go on with Windows 7 RC Candidate from Microsoft and I would just like to know if it is ok with my system.

I have an ASUS P5N73-AM Motherboard - Which kind of worries me the most because my mobo said that it supports only XP 32-bit/64-bit and Vista 32-bit/64-bit. If I upgrade from Vista to 7 is it possible? Won't I have any problems or troubles in the future? Thanks in Advance..

BTW:

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo 2.66Ghz
RAM: 2 GB
Graphics Card: Nvidia GT 9500

Re: Switching to windows 7

Well i wouldn't be expecting Windows 7 to solve all of your future problems. It will be an improvement over Vista that is for sure. I would look at the manufacturer's website for the different devices and see if they have Windows 7 drivers yet.

I didn't have any hardware problems, and actually i don't know anybody who is using it that has.

Re: Switching to windows 7

Most Vista drivers work without issues on Win 7 Nvidia does have video card drivers for Win7 you could also check www.nvidia.com for chipset drivers if none are listed the Vista drivers will work.
