Can't access Desktop and can't reinstall Vista
I've got a Dell XPS m1530 with Vista and about 2 - 3 days ago I started getting those BSODs with different sorts of stop errors. They ranged from
0x00000024 to 0x0000000A. So, in an effort to make them stop I booted up with F8 and tried to restore the computer to last known good configuration but they still continued. So I tried to restore the computer to factory default. Bad idea. I got a BSOD in the middle of installing and now I can't do anything. I've tried to install Vista multiple times with the DVD that came with the computer but each time I've gotten some sort of BSOD. I've tried individual remedies but they don't seem to have worked. Any idea of what I can do to at least install vista then fix my problem? Or is more information needed? Thanks. |
