Hi
Im only able to log into my laptop in safe mode or safe mode with networking. The blue screen keeps coming up and the details below follow when i log on in safe mode;

There are limits to what i can do because i can only log on in a safe mode. im unable to programmes. Can anyone tell me what to do or even how to erase the problem. Thanks

You could try this. Once in safe mode hit the windows button and r together, this will bring up the run command type "msconfig" (without the quotes). Hit the startup tab, this will show you all the items the load at startup. Hit the disable all button, then Apply. Then restart, hopefully you will be able to start in Normal mode. If you can go into msconfig again and enable 2 or 3 items, make a note of what they are, then restart. keep on doing this until your computer BSOD's then you will have tracked down the offending item. Post back your results.

Hi thanks for replyn back. ive tried the steps you gave to me and disabled the startups but i the BSOD still popped up. what do you think i should do next?
