Constant Internet Connection Problems

I'm using a wired up broadband that does 3 computers and my xbox, yet like 2-3months ago it started playing up lossing connections every 20mins or so. And yet i find nothing wrong with it, the 4 lights on the router are all lit even when the internet is apparently down. i have to wait constantly 2-3mins for it to be able to be useable again. And well to be simple its starting to stress me out.

How can this be sorted?
I've tried re-setting the box.
Changing the Router
leaving it off for a few days.
(Yet NONE have worked)

The router would be a samsung model i think, i actually don't know sorry :(, but its worked perfectly until like 3months ago like i said.
