Help with Favorites

Hi. I cannot access my favorites in Internet Explorer. I had some problems connecting to websites and someone told me to reset my settings under tools.. I don't know what happened, but now the links to my favorites will not download. I can see them fine, but when I click on them, nothing happens. Can someone please help? thanks.

Re: Help with Favorites

Resetting internet explorer should not cause loss of favorites:

Try hovering over the link. The url of the website should be displayed.
Also, whe you right click and select properties a tab for web documents should be displayed. If not, then the link to the website has been lost.

Check the favorites folder under your user profile. This is where they are stored. You may be able to drag or copy them back to internet explorer.

It could also be that you no longer have the proper permissions. So check the security tab on the link in ie.
