problem with rundll32

hello. every time i open my computer i get the message saying that there was a problem with rundll32 and windows shuted it down.this first apeared 10 days ago. i cant understand why that problem exists..can someone help me?i would appreciate it.

A good screen grab or possibly a picture taken with a camera would be very helpful.
