I have been using an HP with windows vista for six months with no internet problems until a week ago. I couldn't get any connection but two other wireless desktops and a wireless laptop have been working fine (not all at the same time). I spent 2 hours with Verizon to make sure it isn't the router (4DNY4 wireless) but they claim it is fine. They were able to help me a bit: my computer wasn't connected. Now all I can get is a search engine such as google but when I try to open a site it says it's reading but nothing opens. I've let it try for over 20 minutes and still no connection.
I checked spybot and adaware but they found nothing. I was so frustrated I rebooted the computer to factory conditions but I still can't connect to the internet. Can you help me? Last edited by donmel; 04-29-2009 at 11:19 AM. |
