Accidently moved a file from my system32 folder

Hi,

I was editing a .dll file in my system32 file to change the picture on the log in screen for Vista. It wasn't letting me save my file with the program I was using to do so, so I created a copy of it on my desktop (I also made a backup of this file before hacking it). Then I accidently moved the imageres.dll file from my c:\windows\system32 folder and my computer won't let me add the file back into my system 32 folder and it is driving me nuts!!

I am afraid to close my laptop in fear that something is screwed up and I won't be able to reboot it, if anyone can help me get this file back into my system32 folder I would appreciate it !

Thanks!

Re: Accidently moved a file from my system32 folder

Thanks for the reply, alright well I found out that (luckily) that imageres.dll file was not a vital file and when I load up my laptop the log on screen is flat black with the user icon, password bar and windows vista at the bottom, actually looks kind of nice ;P

but i'm gonna restore it anyway in case something down the road goofs up due to this files absence ;)
