XP+Vista

One day, I saw the growing list of DX10 games, and I realized that I wanted vista. The thing is, I also heard bad things about it. So I thought why not compromise? I googled and this came up
http://apcmag.com/how_to_dualboot_vi...ots.htm?page=2

Now I have no doubts around the validity of that tutorial but I have some questions first

Actually before that, here's my rig

AMD X2 4000+ OCed to 2.5ghz
2gigs of Mushkin 800mhz DDR2 ram
M2V-MX mobo
ATI HD4850 512mb no OC
22inch moniter
80gigabytes of HDD with 10gigs of free space
DVD drive and accessories

With that said, if I was to create a virtual partition and install vista on that partition(separate from XP)

When I use vista, will I be able to access partition with XP installed? Will I be able to run the games on that partition?

If it helps both the XP and the vista OS are/will be 32 bit

Thanks for your help ^_^

Re: XP+Vista

Your best bet would be to add a second hard drive and install Vista on that since your current drive only has 10Gig free. You will be able to access the XP drive or partition however you will have to reinstall the programs you want to run in Vista, you may alsp want to add more ram for Vista 2Gig is the minimum I recommend.
