Re: Online payments

Can you access any secure sites? Can you get in to your bank account online? or web-based email?

Re: Online payments

Sounds as if something may have changed in your secure socket layer. Check here. In your Menu Bar click Tools/Internet Options/Advanced tab, scroll down and under Security section (with the yellow padlock) you will see 3 check boxes...Use SSL 2.0, Use SSl 3.0 and Use TLS 1.0 these boxes should be checked..

Re: Online payments

If it happens on other sites that are NOT secure as well, then it could be a winsock problem fixable by:

start-> type cmd in the start search box, right click cmd above it in the list -> select run as administrator.

In the black box type: netsh winsock reset
Press enter, it should say something was successful.
Now reboot.
