How do I burn a .iso file to a dvd

and have it work in my dvd player? If possible I would like to do it with windows media player and not download a bunch of strange software. Also can you talk in as little technical-jargon as possible, as I am not the most computer savy.

download a software called imgburn : http://www.imgburn.com/index.php?act=download
Install this, its simple to use, open it, locate your .ISO file, choose it, put an empty dvd-r disc in to you burner, and press burn.
