SSL certificate problems..

Recently I upgraded to Vista 64-bit..
I was using FF 3.0.8 and a couple of days ago received warnings about invalid certificates on legit websites (banks.ebay.paypal,etc.)
So I had to accept them.. But sometimes it didn't work out and kept getting errors. So I switched to FF beta 3.. Same problem..
Then I started using pidgin (instant messenger)
And realized it to asked for certificate for live (windows live) .. So now I'm not sure what the matter is..

Possibly vista?
Possibly my router?

I found the cause ESET scanning my SLL ports... Idk.. It's a good feature but I just need help configuring it..
