[SOLVED] One User account is tweaking out

Ok, I've got 2 user accounts on my computer (I'm using one of them right now), and one of them doesn't want to load up anymore. Neither of these accounts are new, so I don't know why this would happen.

When the bad account starts up, I get 2 blank screens (dual monitor) except for the vista start button, which of course doesn't work.

I'd like to avoid deleting the user account if this is an easy fix, but if I must, I suppose I could and recreate it.

Thanks
KFJ

Re: [SOLVED] One User account is tweaking out

Hi -

Glad this is solved.

My philosophy on things like this is that it is not important to know/ remember everything all the time - just to know where to go to find the answers. I repeat this to my kids ad nauseum.

I recently had a system issue here that my 14 year quickly solved while I was getting more frustrated by the moment.

She then looked at me and said "... Like can we like say 'common sense' ?"

Good Luck to you.

Regards. . .
