Keeping emails

Hi

I want to remove and then reinstall Micro Office and with it Micro Outlook email client.

There are some emails that I would like to keep but I dont know how to copy them etc or put them in the new version.
Help Please

The best thing to do is create a new "Personal Folders file (.pst)":

You can copy this file to a pendrive or a CD/DVD and access it in another computer. I use a *.pst file to archive my emails in outlook 2007 and I use it both at my work computer and at my home pc.

However, you can see this video, at microsoft's, that shows the use of offline personal folders:
