Keeping emails

Hi

I want to remove and then reinstall Micro Office and with it Micro Outlook email client.

There are some emails that I would like to keep but I dont know how to copy them etc or put them in the new version.
Help Please

The best thing to do is create a new "Personal Folders file (.pst)":
quote from Microsoft "Personal Folders file (.pst): Data file that stores your messages and other items on your computer. You can assign a .pst file to be the default delivery location for e-mail messages. You can use a .pst to organize and back up items for safekeeping".
You can copy this file to a pendrive or a CD/DVD and access it in another computer. I use a *.pst file to archive my emails in outlook 2007 and I use it both at my work computer and at my home pc.
