Help Me. Blank Task Manager

Whenever i open up my task manager its always like this...

I cant end processes, check my computer performance or anything.

Is this virus because if it is i have dont several virus scans and no threats were detected.

i cant even move the task manager, just enlargen etc.

Hi, welcome to the forums, your task manager is fine you have to play with the mouse to restore the normal view go to the space above "task" and see if you can get the mouse arrow to change to a double sided arrow then drag, the full task manager will appear have some fun you will get it.

Use ctrl-tab until the performance graphs are displayed then double-click anywhere on the window; this will restore the menu and title bar.
