My Wifes Laptop(Hp Pavillion) was repaired for a broken screen. We got the computer back, and booted it up, everything seemed fine. When booted up in normal mode, she cant open Device Manager, Network Manager etc. They open blank boxes, and freeze up. Things like msn messenger load slowly if at all, She cannot connect to wireless internet etc. When booting the computer up in safe mode, everything seems to work fine. Im currently trying to make a new account on her computer, to see if her account is possibly corrupted. But thus far it will not load up either. I had to make the new account in safe mode as it would not let me make it from her Profile. I dont know what other information to give, but if anyone might have answers that would be great, thanks :)

Also the computer runs windows vista
