Lost my sound on my Gateway GM5472 PC, its not a speaker problem and did try to uninstall and reinstall realtek audio device, but still no sound. Thanks for the help.

hi and welcome ok first try looking in device manager for problems thats start control panel and in classic view device manager look at sound video and game controllers your loking for any yellow ! or red X you may not have any but just so that everything is up to date i would go to your mfr support website for your model and download the latst sound drivers and install them this may solve your problem failing tha you could try system restore
