Help! I can't save games or delete them

Please help me! I have windows Vista, Norton 360 and loads of other stuff on my PC. It is partitioned into C drive and D drive and for some reason at the moment I cannot delete anything on my C drive or play/create/install/uninstall/save games either yet my D drive seems to be OK. I've run the full virus scan from Norton, defragged and done all that lot and tried using the uninstall/install programs option and that still doesn't work and it keeps coming up saying I don't have administrators access - which I do have.

Please help - this is driving me crazy

hi and welcome you could try system restore to before this began you could also try disabling uac

Hi, thanks for that - we'll try the system restore. Sorry for being such a nunce, but could you explain what the other one is and how to do it?

hi not your fault it is mine i should have said uac is user account control you go to start control panel in classic view user accounts then turn off i will also in clude this http://www.tech-forums.net/pc/f9/adm...ws-7-a-197772/ should be of help on admin rights etc
