Stream music directly

Hello all, I recently purchased a new computer and im new to windows vista, I use a program called camfrog, whilst in my room sometimes it's nice to play music if it's quiet and nobodys talking.

How do i set up my computer to stream music directly from the soundcard? I sounds awefull listening to music though a microphone, how do i bypass it all together?

I figure it has somthing to do with "Stereo Mix"
