Contacts from XP to Vista
My old computer running XP went bad and I replaced it with a computer running Vista. I have the old hard drive and would like to get my contacts off of it that were in Outlook Express. I haven't been able to open the file because I no longer have MSOE.DLL. I need help with this as I don't think I can recreate all the contacts I had in it.
