EEK! Virus may have cause internet access to be blocked ?

I been working on this problem for the last few days whn i realised tht a trojan horse back door entered my computer whn 'Norton' did not pick it up. I was advised by PC world to re-install Norton internet security but once it un-installed the computer shut its self down and i cannot reinstall it as the documents are no longer there. so i clicked on the my internet browser 'mozilla firefox' and it no longer was able to establish a connection :s so i checked other computers that i have in my house nd the internet connection was fine so i downloaded aVG and the updates files on to a memory stick a put it onto the infected computer and it found 4 trojan horse backdoor, generic 6 . aPPK virus which aVG the deleted and sent to virus vault but the problem is still occured tht i can no longer access my internet as whn it, connect it will only connect to the router ( but i cannot acces 192.168 etc no more ?) and all the ip settinging are default setting also there arnt no packets been sent or recieved :S ive tried flushing the dns , renew ip but it will not work . whn im connected it say connected with limited activity which i read means password is incorrect but i decided to take the password of my router to see and it came up with all the same results has anyone can any ideas that could possibly help me ??
