Windows 7 Help - Not sure where to post this

Hi there. I have the beta to windows 7. I am having a problem downloading basic programs, like a free online poker program or other things like that. When I click to download the program it goes to the downloader thing for firefox. When it gets done downloading the "open" button is not clickable. I tried re-downloading it and while its downloading I clicked open folder, but when the download finishes the .exe installer goes away.

Hi -

Use IE 8.

Check the Action Center out - RIGHT-click on the flag in the lower-right portion of your screen. Select "Open Action Center"

Also - right-click on flag and select "Troubleshoot a problem"

They may contain answers for you.
