Re: Nero 7 Problem
Hello UAE_KING,
Try downloading the Nero 7 Clean Tool. This should completely uninstall Nero from the system. Just download it from the link below. http://www.nero.com/enu/support-nero...utilities.html |

Re: Nero 7 Problem
then erase the nero folder from the program files folder. you need to manually erase the program from the system. find all system files via windows search and erase them all. this should fix the problem.

Re: Nero 7 Problem
Try using the Microsoft Cleanup Utility.
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301 Download it from the link above and see if you can then remove the program. |

Re: Nero 7 Problem
Hi,
A roll-back of the Nero 9 installation, was with me (and often without any message), caused by too less free space on the internal HDD-systempartition concerned. Nero-installations fill the useraccountfolder Temp* with installationfiles but often don't delete them after installation - just delete the contents of Temp* manually and also empty the wastebasket before trying to install Nero and empty Temp* again after installation. Be sure to have at least 1,5 GB free space on your system-partition also in case that you might install the program itself in another HDD-partition. Delete Temp-contents by SHIFT+Del to avoid an overfilled wastebasket. *) The folderpath to Temp is: For WindowsXP: Documents and setting > useraccountname > Localsettings** > Temp For Vista: Users > useraccountname > AppData** > Local > Temp **) These folders are normally hidden > goto foldersettings and mark (temporarely) Show hidden files and folders. Note: since my OS are in danish, the english names are my guess. Did this help? Regards, Geslink. DK. Last edited by geslink; 02-11-2009 at 09:32 AM. |
