Problems of unsupported protocol message while accessing Hotmail
Could you please help me with a problem :
Everytime I try to access my hotmail I have a message of unsupported protocol error 400. On the other hand I can access msn messenger with the same address with no difficulty. This happens only one my laptop and not on any other computer. Thank you for your help! |

hi this may be a problem with your antivirus or possibly firewall software you could try disabling it and try to connect to hotmail once connected you can try turning it back on i dont want to leave you unprotected for long
