Exclamation Frequent BSOD's

Hello,

I am running Vista 32bit (SP1) on a custom built computer. (full specs in my profile window to the left)

I have recently been receiving the Blue Screen Of Death (BSOD) semi-frequently.

I receive either one of the following errors:

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
or
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

It seems to happen randomly. It started happening when I was playing Fallout 3 (just after I installed the new patch) and I figured it was the new patch. So I upgraded my nVidia graphics driver to 181.22, which didn't help. I am now getting BSOD's browsing the internet, listing to iTunes, writing a document in MS Word, or anytime else.

I also have some recently new hardware in my computer, which I first thought was the culprit. I got a new graphics card for Christmas (EVGA GTX 260 Core 216), 2 new sticks of RAM (same type as I already had), and another hard drive (Seagate Barracuda 1TB SATA)

I had thought that the new hardware was causing the problem, but I ran Memtest86+ multiple times on my new memory with no errors. Ive also run chkdsk and multiple Seagate HDD drive tests with no errors.

Could this be a problem with my new hardware or possibly a problem with my graphics driver?

Any help would be much appreciated!

PS: Attached is the dump file of the latest BSOD (in a .zip file) If anyone can somehow analyze it and find out the problem I would be gratefull :)
