Graphical Option and display mode..please help me to fix this one.

i having problem in my laptop if i right click the desktop to go to Graphical Option and display mode al i can see is question mark (??????) the graphical driver was fully installed and i check the Regional language it is all right can u please give me advice to repair this one...

what graphics card do you have and where did you obtain the drivers from? Were they on a disc or did you download them?

the driver was built-in in the recovery disk..when i go to device manager the driver are complete...tnx for helping me.
