Trouble installing itunes

everytime i'm trying to reinstall itunes, it says that it cannot find the folder...

PLS HELP

Hi -

Does it say which folder it can't find?

Check in WERCON - see if anything there on re-install -
START | wercon

it says it cannot find the itunes folder and the default folder supposed to be in music. thanks. if you can help me, pls.
